Treasury Constant Maturity Rate At 2.42%

As reported today, the ten-year treasury constant maturity rate stood at 2.42% as of October 27th, 2011. This rate hovered around the 5% mark prior to the recession of 2008. After attaining an all time low of 1.72% in the middle of September 2011, it is now increasing very slowly.
